The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that necessary maintenance work is carried out in the least inconvenient manner for Customers of the Online Store.
2.3 In order to ensure proper operation of the Online Store on Customers’ end devices, the Seller uses cookie mechanisms – they facilitate the use of the Online Store by saving information about browsing the website. Each Customer may disable this mechanism, which may result in difficulties in using all functionalities of the Online Store or even prevent the use of its websites.
2.4 Materials placed on the Online Store website are subject to legal protection under applicable regulations, and their use requires the Seller’s written consent.
2.5 Use of electronic services provided via the Online Store website – including placing orders electronically – requires the Customer to have an active e-mail account.
2.6 Orders may also be placed in the Online Store by phone. In this case, apart from an active phone number, the Customer is not required to have an active e-mail account.
3. Customer Account
3.1 Creating a Customer Account and logging in is not required to place an order or browse the Online Store website.
3.2 Creating a Customer Account is voluntary and free of charge. A Customer Account enables the use of the full functionality of the Online Store, including placing orders.
3.3 Creating a Customer Account requires the Customer to read and accept these Terms and Conditions and to consent to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the Online Store’s Privacy Policy. The Customer may voluntarily consent to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of submitting opinions about the Seller’s Online Store or for marketing purposes by subscribing to the newsletter (marketing informational e-mails of the Online Store, including information about new products and promotions).

Similarly, the Customer may unsubscribe from the newsletter or correspondence regarding opinions about the Online Store/Product. Unsubscribing from the newsletter is also possible by clicking the unsubscribe link located at the bottom of the newsletter.
4. Conclusion of the sales agreement
4.1 Information contained on the Online Store website does not constitute an offer by the Seller within the meaning of the Civil Code, but merely an invitation for Customers to submit offers to conclude a sales agreement.
4.2 Customers may place orders in the Online Store via the Online Store website (24/7) and by phone (on days and hours indicated on the Online Store website).
4.3 Products ordered in the Online Store may be delivered within the territory of Poland. In order to place an Order including international shipping, the Seller should be contacted individually.
4.4 A Customer placing an order via the Online Store website completes the order by selecting the Product they are interested in purchasing. Adding a Product to the order is done by selecting the “add to cart” option under the Product displayed on the Online Store website.
4.5 After completing the entire order and selecting the “order” option or clicking the cart icon on the top bar of the store, the Customer is automatically redirected to a form in which they enter payer details, the Delivery method, and the payment method.
4.6 To conclude the sales agreement, confirmation of having read the Store Terms and Conditions and the Online Store Privacy Policy is required – both documents are available via links at the bottom of the Online Store website and via the option “I accept the terms and have read the privacy policy” during order processing. Selecting this option is required to place an order.
4.7 In the case of courier delivery to an address other than the place of residence, the option “Other shipping details” should be selected and the form completed. Other options (creating a Customer Account and consent to opinion surveys) are voluntary.
4.8 To complete the order, the option “Proceed to confirmation” should be selected. The Customer is then automatically redirected to the order summary page. If all data is correct, after reading the Terms and Conditions, including the right of withdrawal (confirmation by selecting the appropriate checkbox is required), the Customer should select “Order with obligation to pay,” which simultaneously confirms the order and, in the case of immediate payment, redirects the Customer to the payment process.
4.9 If an error is found in the entered data, the Customer should select “return to cart” and make the necessary corrections, remove selected items from the order, or return to the Store to continue selecting products.
4.10 Upon placing an order, the Seller immediately confirms receipt of the order. The Seller sends the Customer an e-mail message (to the address provided when placing the order) confirming receipt of the order, acceptance for processing, and confirmation of concluding the Sales Agreement. Receipt of these e-mails by the Customer constitutes conclusion of the Sales Agreement between the Customer and the Seller.
4.11 A Customer who selected advance payment when placing the order should pay the order amount within 3 business days from the conclusion of the Sales Agreement. If payment is not made within this period, the order is cancelled. In the case of selecting so-called fast payments, the Customer is automatically redirected to the transaction page of the Online Store’s payment partners (e.g. Przelewy24).
5. Payment, delivery
5.1 Payment
5.1.1 For performance of the sales agreement, the Customer is obliged to pay the amount indicated in the order.
5.1.2 The price of individual Products presented in the Online Store is a gross price expressed in Polish zloty (PLN) and includes the applicable VAT. The stated prices do not include other costs, including shipping costs, which will be indicated during the order process.
5.1.3 Payment is made in the form selected by the Customer:
a) cash – cash on delivery
b) non-cash:
– bank transfer to the Seller’s account – mBank account number
– payment via so-called fast payments (e.g. Przelewy24, payment cards)
5.2 Delivery
5.2.1 The Seller is obliged to deliver Products that are the subject of the sales agreement free from defects.
5.2.2 Orders placed by Customers of the Online Store will be shipped no later than within 3 business days, most often on the next business day after payment is received.
5.2.3 Shipping of ordered Products is carried out exclusively to addresses within the territory of Poland. To place an Order including international shipping, the Seller should be contacted individually.
5.2.4 The Seller entrusts delivery of Products to third parties conducting business activity in this scope, depending on the Customer’s choice indicated in the order – this may include: DPD, InPost, Poczta Polska.
5.2.5 The Online Store also offers free delivery for orders exceeding a specified amount. This threshold is indicated in the footer of the Online Store website under the link “delivery costs and methods.” If the Customer returns part of the Order leaving Products with a value lower than the threshold entitling to free shipping, the Online Store may deduct delivery costs – according to the delivery method selected by the Customer – from the refunded amount.
5.2.6 The Online Store processes cash-on-delivery and prepaid deliveries. If the Customer fails to collect a shipment sent by the Online Store due to the Customer’s fault (e.g. refusal to accept the parcel, failure to collect it from a parcel locker), the Seller has the right to claim delivery and return costs from the Customer. This also applies to shipments with ordered Products exceeding the amount specified in the “Delivery costs and methods” rules.
5.2.7 The Seller includes a receipt or VAT invoice covering the Order with the shipment. To receive a VAT invoice, the Customer should declare this at the time of purchase by entering an appropriate note in the “Order comments” field. If the Products are purchased by a VAT taxpayer (e.g. an entrepreneur), it is necessary to select the appropriate field in the Order form (“Company”) and complete it before submitting the order.
6. Personal data
6.1 Completing data in the Order Form is tantamount to consenting to the processing of the Customer’s personal data by the Seller and by an entity authorized by the Seller to manage the content of the website of which the Online Store is an integral part, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The Customer’s personal data will be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order, including issuing sales documents, deliveries, and financial reporting.
6.2 The personal data controller is Revetch Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Rzeszów.
6.3 The Customer’s personal data is protected by the Data Administrator in accordance with the above-mentioned regulation and will not be transferred to unauthorized persons or institutions. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Online Store Privacy Policy (www.revetch.pl/polityka-prywatnosci.html
) for the purpose of providing services and performing the Product Sales Agreement.
6.4 Only the Data Administrator has access to personal data.
6.5 A Customer who has completed the order form may access their personal data for verification, modification, or deletion by notifying the Administrator by e-mail at sklep@revetch.pl
or in writing to the Seller’s registered office address.
7. Product complaints under statutory warranty
7.1 The Seller is liable to the Customer who is a Consumer or an Entrepreneur with consumer rights under statutory warranty for defects under Articles 556–576 of the Civil Code. Statutory warranty is excluded for other Customers.
7.2 A Customer exercising rights under statutory warranty is obliged to notify the Seller. Depending on the Customer’s decision after contacting the Seller regarding the complaint (by e-mail or phone), if delivery of the Product to the Seller is required, the Customer must deliver the defective item to the Seller’s registered office address. The Seller covers the cost of delivering the defective Product, except for additional costs resulting from the Customer’s choice of delivery method other than the cheapest ordinary delivery offered by the Seller. The Seller may offer courier collection at the Seller’s expense. Upon Customer consent, the Customer is obliged to properly package the shipment, attach the address label (sent by the Seller via e-mail), and hand it over to the courier or deliver it to a courier collection point. Failure to hand over the parcel within the agreed time constitutes resignation from this form of delivery.
7.3 It is recommended to submit complaints in writing to the Seller’s registered office address or via e-mail to sklep@revetch.pl
. To speed up the complaint process, it is recommended to include proof of purchase and additional information such as order number, date of sale, description of the defect, photos, circumstances of occurrence, date of defect occurrence, Customer details, and the claim related to the defect.
7.4 Complaints will be processed within 14 days of submission.
