Your Shipment

We offer several delivery options depending on the size and weight of the ordered products. The system automatically displays only the delivery methods available for your order.

Machines and Large Products – Pallet Delivery

Machines and large products are delivered on pallets by a truck with a lift.

Available options:

  • Pallet delivery
  • Pallet delivery with cash on delivery

Delivery time:

  • Delivery within 24–48 hours from shipment
  • Orders placed before 9:00 AM are shipped the same or next business day

Pallet delivery is not available for small items shipped as parcels.

Parts, Discs, and Accessories – InPost Courier Delivery

Spare parts, discs, and other courier-sized products are shipped via InPost.

Available options:

  • InPost Courier
  • InPost Courier – cash on delivery
  • InPost Parcel Lockers® 24/7 (if the size and weight allow)

Delivery time:

  • Shipments sent before 4:00 PM are delivered the next business day in 95% of cases

Important Information about Sizes

Delivery method availability depends on:

  • product dimensions,
  • order weight,
  • technical restrictions of the carrier.

If the product does not fit in a parcel locker, the locker option will not be available in the cart.

Delivery Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the cart based on the chosen delivery method and order size.
  • We offer free delivery for orders above [insert threshold].
  • If part of an order is returned and the remaining products fall below the free delivery threshold, the shipping cost may be deducted proportionally from the returned items.

International Shipping

  • We ship only within Poland.

Service Activation

For digital products or services, activation occurs after payment is received and confirmation is sent by email.

Responsibility for Shipment

  • Customers should check the condition of the package upon delivery, paying attention to any visible damage.
  • In case of damage, a claim must be reported immediately to: sklep@revetch.pl
  • The store is responsible for proper packaging and handing over the shipment to the carrier.

Order Fulfillment

  • Orders placed on business days before 9:00 AM are shipped the same or next business day.
  • For pre-paid orders, shipment occurs after payment is confirmed.
  • The store reserves the right to short service breaks due to maintenance work.
